The short version.
Ticket sales are final and no refunds are given. If you cannot make it, you are welcome to pass your ticket to someone else at no charge — just tell us who is coming.
Tickets to Unbridled with Purpose LIVE are sold through our ticketing partner. A ticket admits one person to the event on Tuesday, December 1, 2026 at Glover Park Brewery, Marietta Square, for the published program hours.
Your ticket is a revocable licence to attend, not a property right. We may refuse admission, or ask a guest to leave, where conduct is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive to other attendees. No refund is due in that circumstance.
All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket is purchased, no refunds are given for any reason, including a change in your schedule, travel disruption, illness, or a decision not to attend.
Ticketing and payment processing fees are likewise non-refundable.
This does not affect the two circumstances described under Cancellation below.
If you cannot attend, you may pass your ticket to someone else at no charge. We would rather the seat be used than sit empty.
Send the new attendee's full name and email to Justine@SoldbyJustine.com before Friday, November 27, 2026, so their badge is printed and their name is at the door. Transfers after that date are handled on site and may involve a short wait at check-in.
You are responsible for any money that changes hands between you and the person taking your seat. We do not process, mediate, or refund private resales, and we do not authorise resale above face value.
If we cancel the event outright and do not reschedule it, ticket holders receive a full refund of the ticket price within thirty days.
If the event is postponed, moved to another venue, or converted to another format because of severe weather, venue failure, public health order, act of government, or any other cause outside our reasonable control, your ticket is honoured for the rescheduled or alternate event. No refund is due in that case.
We may change the program, speakers, session order, and start or end times without notice. Speakers listed in marketing are not guaranteed to appear.
The event is photographed and recorded. By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded, and to those images and recordings being used by Unbridled with Purpose and its partners for marketing, promotion, and event coverage, without compensation.
If you would prefer not to appear, tell a member of staff at check-in and we will do our reasonable best to accommodate you.
The event is held at a licensed brewery. Attendees receive one drink ticket. Alcohol is served only to guests aged 21 or over with valid government-issued identification, at the venue's discretion.
The venue may refuse service at any time. You are responsible for your own conduct and for getting home safely.
Partnership and sponsorship arrangements are governed by a separate written partnership agreement between the partner and Unbridled with Purpose, not by these terms.
Purchasing a category through the website secures that category immediately and is payment in full. A receipt is issued at the time of payment, and the partnership agreement is signed within 48 hours. Cancellation terms are set out in the agreement itself.
Partnership is an agreement for marketing and promotional services at fair market value. No partnership is contingent upon, nor shall be construed as consideration for, the referral of business.
Joining the coaching pre-registration list costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It is a notification list. It is not an enrolment, a purchase, or a reservation of a place.
Pricing, start date, and content of the coaching series are not final and may change before launch.
We collect only what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you type into a form. We use it to answer you, to send you information about the event or the coaching series, and for nothing else.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with sponsors or partners.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing Justine@SoldbyJustine.com, and we will do it.
Payments are processed by PayPal and ticketing by our ticketing partner. We never see or store your card details. Those companies handle that data under their own privacy policies.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
Unbridled with Purpose provides coaching, education, and events. It does not provide real estate brokerage services, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or investment advice, and nothing presented at the event or in the coaching series should be relied upon as any of those.
The event is open to agents from every brokerage. It is not a recruiting offer.
Any figures, models, or projections shared in marketing materials are illustrative only and are not forecasts of any individual's or any business's results.
You attend the event at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Unbridled with Purpose, its members, and its partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profits, arising from your attendance or from these terms.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you actually paid for your ticket.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase, and the date it was last updated appears at the top.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Venue for any dispute lies in Cobb County, Georgia.
